Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on PKR789. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PKR789 platform, including the website available at pkr789.cam, any associated mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").
PKR789 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for entertainment purposes and operated for users including players based in Pakistan. PKR789 does not represent, endorse or hold any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Players accessing this Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for verifying whether their use of the Service is lawful under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation.
By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PKR789 ("we", "us", "our"). Retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
The following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction, to register an Account or use the Platform. We reserve the right to require age verification at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Presenting false documentation to circumvent age controls is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds. If you believe a minor has accessed this Platform, please contact us immediately via Live Chat.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. PKR789 does not represent that its services are available in or lawfully accessible from Pakistan or any other specific territory. If gambling is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary or associated Accounts — whether using different personal details, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related Accounts being closed and balances voided.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow third parties to access or use your Account, and you may not access or use Accounts registered to third parties.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, current and complete. You must promptly notify PKR789 of any changes to your registered details.
To register, you must complete the Account registration form providing at minimum your full name, date of birth, email address or mobile number and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.
PKR789 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Standard documentation may include:
All documents submitted must be genuine, unedited and currently valid. You must never alter, obscure, crop deceptively or otherwise tamper with any identity document before submission. All KYC documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. PKR789 will never request sensitive documents via social media, WhatsApp, unencrypted email or any channel outside the secure Platform environment.
PKR789 operates anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. In addition to standard KYC, we may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or in other circumstances where enhanced due diligence is required under our compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension pending review.
The payment methods available for deposit are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. Methods may change without prior notice. PKR789 references familiar Pakistani payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as general payment references only. The mention of these providers does not constitute an endorsement by those providers of gambling services, nor does it guarantee their availability in the Cashier at any given time.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the Cashier. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Always confirm the current minimum before initiating a transaction.
The Platform transacts in PKR and/or other supported currencies as displayed in the Cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
You are solely responsible for ensuring deposits are made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources may be declined, and any such balance may be voided pending investigation.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. PKR789 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank processing windows or technical issues on the provider's side.
To withdraw funds from your Account you must have completed the required KYC verification process to the satisfaction of PKR789's compliance team. Accounts with pending verification, active investigations or unresolved disputes may have withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operator policy. Processing timelines vary depending on the method selected, your verification status, the operator's compliance review queue and the payment provider's own processing windows. PKR789 does not guarantee specific processing times and does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests exceeding applicable limits may be processed in multiple tranches.
Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable. Real-money deposits (net of any bonus funds) are generally withdrawable subject to standard KYC and fraud checks. The specific terms applicable to any bonus are set out in the relevant promotional terms.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login or real-money activity) for a continuous period as defined in the operator's dormancy policy may be subject to dormancy fees or the Balance being moved to a separate ledger. Players are advised to log in periodically and to contact support if they anticipate extended periods of inactivity.
All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions and other incentives are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence in relation to that offer.
Most bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry periods are stated in each offer's terms.
PKR789 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to hedge bonus requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or providing false information to obtain a bonus.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in an offer's terms, only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending completion may result in the forfeiture of either or both offers.
Details of the PKR789 loyalty and rewards programme, including tier criteria, points accumulation rates and reward redemption terms, are published in the relevant programme documentation. PKR789 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time, with reasonable notice given to affected Players.
PKR789 (or the relevant platform operator) reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns, technical errors, manifest pricing mistakes or where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering Pakistan domestic and international fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — are offered subject to the specific sports-betting rules published in the Help Center. Event results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. Where a result is disputed or reversed after settlement, PKR789 reserves the right to reverse the settlement in accordance with applicable rules.
Casino games, including slots, table games and live-dealer products, are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages where displayed are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, technical error or manifest error in odds or pricing, PKR789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard industry principle applicable to all gaming products on the Platform.
Applicable minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. PKR789 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions without prior notice where fraud, abuse or unusual activity is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:
PKR789 cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and/or reported to appropriate authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, data feeds, trademarks and design elements — is the property of PKR789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, display publicly or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from PKR789.
Game content is provided by third-party game studios under licence. All rights in game content remain with the respective studios or their licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

PKR789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the PKR789 support team via Live Chat or the email address provided. Upon closure, any withdrawable Balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures after all pending compliance checks are completed.
Where an Account is closed as part of a self-exclusion request, the closure is considered final for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period expires may be declined in the interest of player welfare.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR789 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact PKR789's support team in good faith to attempt informal resolution. PKR789 will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that this Agreement does not constitute legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani gambling law to their individual circumstances. If in doubt, players should seek independent legal counsel.
PKR789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version of these Terms was last reviewed and updated. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
